Terms and Conditions
By placing an order on "lavenderandblackberry.com" or when calling one of our team on the telephone, You are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- We will do our upmost to create the hand tied bouquet to as close in design and content as the one chosen by you from our selection. However sometimes we will have to substitute flowers because of the changing flower seasons.
- Your order will be accepted and processed once the order is paid for in full. We will email you upon acceptance of your payment. All Lavender and Blackberry orders are processed by Opayo or Sumup.
- For us to be able to process your order, we require the full name and address of recipient (full post code). It's your responsibility to make sure these are correct as Lavender and Blackberry take no responsibility for non delivery for given the wrong details.
We offer same day local delivery for all orders received by 1pm, which are within our delivery area.
Orders that are outside our delivery area and placed before 1 pm, we offer next day delivery by our local courier service.
Please ensure that the recipient is going to be at the given delivery address on the day of delivery. This is the responsibility of the Sender. Lavender and Blackberry will not accept the costs incurred in such circumstances of a non delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us by telephone or email, and we will endeavour to rectify a speedy solution.
As the product which is being delivered is perishable, to help us resolve any complaint as quickly as possible, we advise you make the complaint within one working day after the delivery was made.
Refunds will only be given once the complaint has been investigated. After this we will notify you of the outcome by either telephone of email.
We will not give refunds five days after delivery, as the product being delivered is a fresh product and normally after this period it's due to the flower care given.
Please follow care card instructions for your flowers, which is in your envelope.
Please do so at least 24 hours prior to delivery day. Once the order has been dispatched for delivery, we are unable to cancel
